HOW TO RETURN

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 21 days of your purchase.

1. Please email store@produitparfait.com to request a refund and we will assign you tracking no.#
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. These include socks, shoes care items, Leather Care, Foot Care, and Beauty items.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Exchanges
If your shoes and clothing item are in like-new condition, you may exchange your shoes and clothing item for a different size or color. Please be sure to include your original receipt. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We ship worldwide. To return your product, you should mail your product to B5, 4/F, Sing Ming Ind. Bldg., 29-37 Kwai Wing Rd. Kwai Chung Hong Kong

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over US$80, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returns
Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at store@produitparfait.com and send your item to B5, 4/F, Sing Ming Ind. Bldg., 29-37 Kwai Wing Rd. Kwai Chung Hong Kong.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

返回異常

有些物品打開後無法退回。這些包括襪子、鞋子護理用品、皮革護理、足部護理和美容用品。

已磨損、使用或更改的商品將不接受退貨或換貨。

購物HK$200以上免費香港送貨(商業區或順豐服務中心自取)

本地派送(非工業/非商業區)HK$40

國際運送

我們發送全球範圍如需退回產品,您應將產品郵寄至香港新界葵涌葵榮路29-37號成美工業大廈4B5, 您將負責支付自己的退貨運費。運費不予退還。如果您收到退款,退貨運費將從您的退款中扣除。根據您居住的地方,您交換的產品到達您手中的時間可能會有所不同。如果您運送的物品超過 80 美元,您應該考慮使用可追踪的運送服務或購買運送保險。我們不保證我們會收到您退回的物品。

退貨

我們的退貨有效期為 21 天。如果您購買後已過去 21 天,很遺憾,我們無法為您提供退款或換貨。

要獲得退貨資格,您的商品必須未使用且與您收到時的狀態相同。它也必須在原包裝中。

退款(如適用)

收到並檢查您的退貨後,我們將向您發送一封電子郵件,通知您我們已收到您退回的物品。我們還將通知您批准或拒絕您的退款。如果您獲得批准,那麼您的退款將得到處理,並在一定天數內自動將信用額度應用到您的信用卡或原始付款方式中。

延遲或丟失退款(如適用)

如果您尚未收到退款,請先再次檢查您的銀行帳戶。然後聯繫您的信用卡公司,您的退款可能需要一些時間才能正式發布。接下來,聯繫您的銀行。在發布退款之前通常需要一些處理時間。如果您已完成所有這些操作,但仍未收到退款,請通過 store@produitparfait.com 與我們聯繫

銷售項目(如適用)

只有正價商品可以退款,很遺憾,特價商品不能退款。

交易所(如適用)

如果您的產品處於全新狀態,您可以將鞋子和衣服換成不同的尺碼或顏色。請務必附上您的原始收據。在這種情況下,您無需支付補貨費用,但您仍需支付退貨運費。

我們僅在商品有缺陷或損壞時更換商品,免費退貨。如果您需要更換相同的商品,請發送電子郵件至 store@produitparfait.com 並將您的商品發送至香港葵涌葵榮路 29-37 Sing Ming Ind. Bldg. 4/F B5

禮物

如果該商品在購買並直接運送給您時被標記為禮物,您將收到與退貨價值對應的禮品積分。收到退回的物品後,將郵寄禮券給您。如果該商品在購買時未標記為禮物,或者送禮人已將訂單寄給他們自己稍後再送給您,我們將向送禮人退款,他會了解您的退貨情況。
